What does this mean?

I was bored the other day and thought I'd try my hand at sewing. I thought since I have so many stuffed animals I would try to make an "outfit" for one of them. This was my attempt at a sleeping outfit. I was basing it on the late 1800's sleep ware with the cap. I wonder if this mean I should start a family. ;o)
